Terms of Use

1.Subject-matter.

These Terms and Conditions will govern the supply of certain digital services by TL Production s.r.o., Identification Number 053 97 316, a Czech private company limited by shares (the “C O M P A N Y”) to you (the “S U B S C R I B E R”), as set forth below.

2. Services Provided. The Company agrees to provide the Subscriber access to the Online course, material, access to Telegram Group and related content . The access further provides online access to the recordings for 6 months, subject to the payment of the fee.

3.Access to the Course and Telegram Channel. Only the User will be entitled to access the Course and make use of the ThinkLinkers Material.

Web-event participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use or require you to download the software for your operating system.

4. Privacy notice
TL Production s.r.o will use the information you provide on this form to fulfil services connected to the access to the course. TL Production s.r.o will also use your information to stay in touch with you and provide you with updates on relevant events. We do so on the basis of legitimate interest. TL Production s.r.o. does not sell or share your data to third parties outside the scope of the event and the event recordings. 5.Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights in the course and the ThinkLinkers Materials, are owned by the Company or the course partner. The User may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade name, any accompanying artwork, design, logo, signage, trade dress, slogan, text, and other collateral marketing signs or intellectual property appearing at the Course or in any ThinkLinkers Material, without the prior written agreement of Company.

7. No Assignment. The User may not assign his rights or delegate his duties under these Terms and Conditions without the Company’s prior written consent.
